CINDIE REDDINGTON, Owner & Managing Broker

Cindie's 16 years of experience in real estate and previous 10 years in marketing and public relations has allowed her company to become multi-faceted in selling new construction, residential real estate and land across the Front Range of Colorado. A native of Weld County, she is active in the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver serving two terms on the executive committee of the Boulder Chapter, as well as Chair of the Tour of Homes. She served on the Board of Directors of the Sales & Marketing Council for several years and the MAME committee. She was awarded the Meritorious Service of the Year Award by the Boulder Chapter and was honored with a Silver MAME award for Marketing Director of the Year. Additionally, she is a member of the Independent Brokers Group, Boulder Area Board of Realtors and Builder/Realty Council. In 2008, she was honored by the Boulder County Business Report’s Who’s Who in Real Estate. Most recently, she was awarded the Certified Negotiation Expert designation.
Not only is Cindie committed to her industry, she is dedicated to her community as well. She is yearbook coooridnator at Coyote Ridge Elementary School, volunteers regularly and is involved with the PTA at Coyote Ridge Elementary and Aspen Creek K-8.

 

 

 

 

 

CHAD SMITH, Associate Broker

 

Chad has been a residential real estate agent specializing in new home sales for the past 30 years. He began his new home sales career at Centaur Village in Lafayette. He has acted as Sales Manager for numerous new home communities in Louisville, Longmont, Erie and Lafayette, as well as, marketing several pre-owned homes in the area. He is a Boulder County native and resides in Lafayette.

 

 

 

 

 

BONI CALLAWAY, Sales Assistant.

 

Boni supports sales staff in a number of CopperWest's on-site communities. She is a licensed Broker since 2002 and is well versed in new home sales of multi-family and single family homes. Her background also includes extensive experience in the preparation and teaching of Taxes, Finance and Mutual Fund education, as well as a focus on Women's Investments, Retirement Planning and Investing For Kids concepts.
