Brochures offer detailed information about the home, photos and contact information. Brochures will be available inside the home as well in a brochure box attached to the sign.

As our market has changed, a huge Internet presence is necessary with print secondary. We at CopperWest, have expanded our Internet coverage dramatically and will continue to monitor the very best places to promote your home. However, buyers will continue to drive around. They will need access to information via brochures and clear signage.

SHOWINGS
We employ Centralized Showing Service to set, record and request feedback on all our listings. By using this service, we never miss a call for a showing - even those that call when they are sitting in front of your home. They offer extended Hours: 8am to 8pm Monday through Saturday, 8am to 6pm Sunday. You are contacted by CSS for notice and approval of each showing. Emails are sent notifying us of a showing and a weekly report is generated with feedback that is available to you as well.
